nextwindow technologies.



Pictures are a tease. Please go see this man's story and his video. He does not think of himself as disabled. He makes a living for his family, and what more can one ask of a father?? His story is on the website of the manufacturer of the software (?) that he uses on his HP touchsmart.


When we help those we consider "handicapped", we often help ourselves.  I imagine this has many applications.  I think, too, of the wisdom of Microsoft and the speech recognition software, which they have been working on for decades to help my dysgraphic son one day.  Dyslexics and text to speech...computers are a godsend to many disabled people.  They allow them dignity...
